Cancellation & Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All enrollments, course fees, workshop fees, coaching fees, and digital products purchased from EnactraX are final, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once paid.

Limited exceptions (at our sole discretion):

• Duplicate/accidental double payment

• Payment gateway error resulting in a failed/partial charge

• A program cancelled by EnactraX with no comparable alternative

• Any rights mandatorily provided under applicable Indian law

How to request an exception:
Email sj@enactrax.com within 7 days of payment with proof of transaction and details. Approved refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
