About EnactraX
EnactraX (formerly associated with Pragya Institute of Personality Development) is Bharat’s premier soft skills, personality development, and life skill management institute based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Founded on the core pillars of Engage/Encourage/Evolve/Enlighten, Action, Raura, and Xperience/Excellence, EnactraX delivers research-driven, activity-based training designed to unlock individual potential.
Led by renowned motivational speaker and master trainer Mr. Saurabh Jain (who holds over 22 years of experience, 9+ world records, and 200+ awards), EnactraX offers specialized programs including Spoken English, Public Speaking, Personality Development, Interview Preparation, Corporate Training, Certified Soft Skill Trainer Courses, and Career Counselling. With small batch sizes, practical experiential learning, and structured self-discovery frameworks, EnactraX focuses on deep mindset mastery and lifelong transformation.
General Refund & Cancellation Terms (No Refunds)
All course enrolments, workshop registration fees, coaching fees, corporate training modules, and digital products purchased from EnactraX are final, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once payment has been successfully completed.
Because our training programs involve dedicated seat allocations, small batch sizes (limited to 10–20 participants for personalized mentoring), and proprietary, research-based curriculum materials provided upon enrollment, we do not offer general refunds or fee transfers to third parties once a transaction is finalized.
Limited Exceptions
At our sole discretion, refund requests or fee adjustments may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate/Accidental Double Payment: If a participant inadvertently charges their account more than once for the same course or service.

Payment Gateway Errors: Technical glitches resulting in failed, corrupted, or partial transactions where funds were deducted without enrollment confirmation.

Program Cancellation by EnactraX: In the rare event that EnactraX cancels a scheduled program or workshop without offering a comparable alternative schedule or batch transfer.

Statutory Rights: Any non-waivable consumer rights mandatorily provided under applicable laws of India.
(Note: Certain long-term or selective courses may carry a conditional money-back guarantee as explicitly defined in their specific enrollment contract terms, subject to strict attendance and assignment criteria).
How to Request an Exception
To request a review under one of the eligible exceptions listed above:

Send an email to sj@enactrax.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

Include your full name, registered phone number, transaction reference/ID, payment receipt, and detailed reasoning for the request.

Approved refunds (if granted) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after formal verification.
Policy Updates
EnactraX reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior individual notice. The latest version published on our official website shall apply to all purchases made on or after its effective date.
